What happened so far . . .

In Lauscha loated within the Thuringian Forrest John Zinner came into the world on September 23th 1968. He grew up and prospered until he started his professional education in glassblowing Chistmas tree ornaments. Two year later he finished with succsess.

Until the wall came down he worked as a glassblower for the Thüringer Christbaumschmuck company in Lauscha and afterwards with Günther Knye at the melting furnace and as a lampwork glassblower.

In 1990 he ventured into independence with creating in glass, especially lampwork.

John took part in many workshops, exhibitions and symposia and did stay as guest lecturer at the Glass and Ceramic School on Bornholm.
